I needed a very small repair/replacement of my siding. I worked initially with Mitch to figure out how to match colors on siding that was 15 years old. He searched and searched for a match. It took a few phone calls to make sure I was … More still on their list of projects. After about three weeks of no communication I reached out and promptly got a response from Mitch. He assured me things were on track. Since my job would only take a couple of hours, I would be squeezed in between the really big jobs. I was cool with that. I think it took about 7 weeks, but Jay and Mitch both came to repair my siding and they did an excellent job. These are really nice people, and they are local, not a big nationwide conglomerate. I like staying local. I read other reviews complaining about spotty communication and I guess if I wanted to, I could complain a little, but it’s really busy out there and as long as I’m assured I’m still on their list, I have no problem with granting the guys a little slack. Again, the finished product is excellent. I would call them again.

Noticed a leak from my ceiling this morning and as this light fixture is near piping for our bathroom exhaust fans pipe called Comfort Matters as we are members of their Sunshine Club. Was told due to the rain it must be a roof issue and … More that they would not be able to come out or assist, called Keystone Builders who immediately came out and diagnosed that there is not a roof issue but that the exhaust fan is not connected to the piping and is venting into the attic. They took photos, explained the issue to us, and even recommended a handyman that takes on jobs like this regularly and can help. When I asked how much we owed them they said that we owe them nothing but if we or someone we know needs help with a roofing or exterior issue in the future to just keep them in mind. Going forward they will be our first call!

I was very satisfied with Keystone Builders from the beginning when my roof was evaluated, right up to the roofing installation. The day of installation went very smoothly. All my questions and concerns were addressed with professional … More attention and detail. After the installation, a very complete cleanup was conducted at the time and the morning following. The only negative I wish to report is that the roof was inspected May 2022 and the installation was not completed until August 2023, quite a long interval of time.
I wish to offer special appreciation to the salesperson, Preston Skoog, who first evaluated my roof and was my contact throughout the process. I had many questions and requests throughout the process and Preston was always, without fail, completely prompt and responsive.
