Randy has been in the industry since 2002. He started as a laborer on a roofing crew when he was just 15 years of age. He went on to work his way up through the ranks of both roofing and siding crews. Randy’s true passion is onsite project management and enjoys taking every opportunity to be present during the construction process, getting his hands dirty alongside Keystone’s crews on build days. When he is not at the office or out supervising a project, He enjoys spending time boating, four-wheeling, snowmobiling or attending Wild games with his family.
Joseph has been in the construction industry since 2004. He is a graduate of North Hennepin Technical College with a degree in Carpentry/Cabinetry. He has recently earned certificates in both Log Home Building and Stone Masonry from The Great Lakes School of Log Building. With years of experience both as a carpenter and onsite project manager in new construction and remodeling, Joseph brings a wealth of knowledge to each of his clients. When Joseph is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys visiting Northern MN as much as possible.
