SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Keystone Builders & Exteriors.

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions, our general Terms and Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Name

The messaging program is operated by Keystone Builders & Exteriors.

Keystone Builders & Exteriors may use SMS and MMS text messaging to communicate with customers, prospective customers, property owners, and other individuals who have requested information or agreed to receive messages from us.

Depending on how you interact with us and the consent you provide, messages may include:

• Estimate and proposal follow-ups.

• Scheduling and rescheduling information.

3. How You Opt In

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from Keystone Builders & Exteriors and to messages you send to us.

Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply. Keystone Builders & Exteriors does not charge a separate fee for participating in the messaging program.

Contact your wireless carrier for information about your text-messaging or data plan.

7. How to Opt Out

You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.

You may also use words such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. We will process reasonable opt-out requests even when they do not exactly match these keywords.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS marketing or program messages from us unless you opt in again.

Your opt-out request applies to text messages. It does not automatically prevent us from contacting you by another method when necessary to respond to a request, administer an existing project, fulfill a contractual obligation, address a safety issue, or comply with applicable law.

To begin receiving text messages again, you must provide new consent or follow the opt-in instructions provided by Keystone Builders & Exteriors.

9. Supported Carriers

Delivery of text messages is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and participating carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your device, service plan, carrier coverage, blocked-number settings, network availability, or other factors outside our control.

10. Eligibility and Authorized Use

You must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to participate in the messaging program.

By providing a mobile number, you represent that:

• You are the subscriber or customary user of that number.

• You are authorized to provide consent for messages sent to that number.

• The information you provide is accurate.

• You will notify us if the number changes or is reassigned.

You must not provide a telephone number belonging to another person without that person’s authorization.

11. Changing or Reassigned Telephone Numbers

You agree to notify Keystone Builders & Exteriors if you discontinue using the mobile number you previously provided.

If your telephone number changes or is reassigned, you may opt out by replying STOP before discontinuing the number or by contacting us directly.

12. Privacy and Use of Mobile Information

We respect the privacy of your mobile information.

Mobile telephone numbers, SMS consent information, and opt-in records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide limited information to vendors and service providers that help us operate our messaging, scheduling, customer-management, website, or telecommunications systems. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for Keystone Builders & Exteriors and are not authorized to use your SMS consent for their own marketing.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

13. Marketing and Nonmarketing Messages

Some messages may be transactional or informational, such as appointment reminders, scheduling updates, estimate information, project communications, or responses to questions.

15. Changes to the Messaging Program

We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the SMS program at any time.

We may also update these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation in the program after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Keystone Builders & Exteriors will not be liable for delayed, failed, misdirected, incomplete, or undelivered messages or for actions taken in reliance on a delayed or incomplete message.

Nothing in these SMS Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These SMS Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
