Project Consultant (Sales Representative)

The Project Consultant plays an important role at Keystone Builders & Exteriors, working directly with homeowners to help improve and protect their homes. This position focuses on meeting with homeowners, inspecting exterior projects, and providing solutions for repairs or replacements including roofing, siding, windows, and decks. Project Consultants also assist homeowners through the insurance claims process when needed. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to provide a professional and trustworthy experience for every customer. We are looking for motivated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy helping homeowners find the right solutions for their homes. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a local company and build a long-term career in the exterior remodeling industry.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to inspect exterior projects
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options
• Prepare estimates and project proposals
• Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process when applicable
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project

Project Manager (Production)

The Project Manager plays a key role in making sure projects at Keystone Builders & Exteriors run smoothly from start to finish. This position focuses on coordinating projects, communicating with crews, and ensuring that roofing, siding, and exterior work is completed properly and on schedule. Project Managers work closely with installers, homeowners, and the sales team to keep projects organized and moving forward. This role also includes handling smaller repairs when needed and making sure materials and crews are where they need to be. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and can manage multiple projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate roofing, siding, and exterior projects
• Communicate with installers and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
• Perform or assist with minor exterior repairs when needed
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
• Help keep projects organized from start to finish

• Construction or exterior remodeling experience preferred

Carpenter

The Carpenter at Keystone Builders & Exteriors plays an important role in building high-quality decks and completing detailed exterior carpentry work. This position focuses primarily on deck construction while also assisting with more complex exterior repairs on residential and commercial properties when needed. Carpenters work closely with the project management team to ensure projects are completed properly and meet Keystone’s quality standards. This role requires someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, pays close attention to detail, and enjoys building quality structures that homeowners can enjoy for years to come. We are looking for experienced carpenters who want to be part of a growing exterior remodeling company and take ownership of the work they produce.

Responsibilities

• Build and install decks and outdoor structures
• Complete detailed exterior carpentry work
• Perform exterior repairs involving siding, trim, and framing when needed
• Work with project managers to complete jobs efficiently
• Ensure work meets Keystone’s quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of carpentry experience preferred
• Experience building decks and exterior structures
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools and construction techniques
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Valid driver’s license

Runner (Material Runner / Field Support)

The Runner at Keystone Builders & Exteriors plays an important support role in helping projects run smoothly in the field. This position focuses on delivering materials to job sites, assisting crews when needed, and helping keep projects organized throughout the day. Runners work closely with project managers and installers to make sure materials, tools, and equipment are where they need to be. This role may also include helping with smaller repairs or assisting with job site preparation when needed. This is a great position for someone who is dependable, enjoys staying active, and wants to gain experience in the exterior remodeling industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to job sites
• Assist crews with tools, materials, and job site preparation
• Help keep job sites organized and running efficiently
• Assist project managers with small tasks or repairs when needed
• Help ensure crews have the materials they need to complete projects
