He handled all the conversations with the insurance company to be sure the correct information was being relayed for coverage. Juan was the on-site roofing manager the day of the tear off and install of the new roof. He ran his crew efficiently, was very friendly, and answered all of our questions during the replacement process, and the clean-up was done very well at the end of the day.
